AI - Suppressor Thread Inserts

Threaded inserts for installation in custom  carbon or 3D Printed suppressor.  
Providing an alternative to 3d printed threads which can often fail over time. 

Machined in house and available in different styles & 16mm CW (MK23) or 14mm CCW thread, as well as others available on request (Contact me for more info). 

Knurled and recessed for heat insertion or gluing in place providing a secure mechanical connection. 

Sizing:
Style 1 - Basic insert 
Extra care needs to be taken to ensure concentric installation in the part
OD: 20mm  Length 14mm 

Style 2 - Basic insert with Cuff
Recommended as the cuff makes it easier to align in the printed part
Insertable Section - OD: 20mm Length: 14mm 
Cuff - OD: 24mm Length 2mm

Style 3 - Large Cuffed Insert
Larger surface area helps to make a more secure connection for larger length and diameter suppressors. 
Insertable Section - OD: 25mm Length: 20mm
Cuff - OD: 31mm Length 4mm

Style 4 - Custom 
Full metal insert to be installed in a carbon tube, can be made to any size and style required. Please get in touch with details. 

Please be aware: All these parts are machined inhouse on manual mills/lathes so there may be some variance in the products, however, crucial dimensions are accurate to +/- 0.05mm, so please test fitment before printing full parts to avoid issues.
