Suppressor Foam Baffles

Measurements:

Provide the exact internal dimensions of the suppressor tube in the options fields above. (From either the manufacturers information or manual measurement, using digital callipers if possible).

As standard we add 0.5mm when cutting baffles, this is to accomodate the "kerf" (the material that is removed by the laser) and to add around 0.25mm to the OD to ensure a snug fit

Custom inner diameters can also be accommodated, just make sure to specify in the notes.

Multipacks:

We offer a discount for multiple sets of baffles with the exact same dimensions, as once we configure the custom cut size we can easily cut multiple sets.
However for multiple different custom sizes in the same order, these need to be added as seperate line items to a single order, and due to the setup time for each different cut we aren't able to offer multiple sizes in a single multipack.

Min/Max Size:

For sizes below 18mm or above 55mm get in touch via contact form

We can also supply non-round baffles, however due to the additional setup time additional costs will be incurred, please get in touch for a quote.

External sizing:

Baffles are cut approximately 0.5mm over the displayed size to ensure a good fit.

Internal Sizing:

• Small hole baffles: 10mm,
  Through our testing this is the best balance between noise suppression and baffle strike risk.
  
• Large Hole Baffles: Varies depending on OD
  Roughly equates to half way between the ID (10mm) and the OD, with a weighted calculation for smaller baffles to ensure they are big enough to not over compress.

Length/Thickness:

Total length per pack of 10 (+2) = 12.7cm (+2.54cm) / 5"(+1") Approx.
Exact foam thickness may vary slightly as although the acoustic foam from our supplier is always high quality, exact thickness can vary between batches.

Common Sizes Discount:

We offer a discount for multipacks and a slight discount for sizes which are more common (ones specified in the drop down list) as we can batch cut these to save on labour time.
We regularly check orders to see if any common sizes should be added to our precut list.

For Multipacks:

• 2 set option - These are supplied as 2 of the single set pack
  
• 3 set option - These are supplied in a single bulk pack, with the same number of baffles as 3 single packs, but cut in a single sheet allowing less foam wastage, less packaging, less labour time and (for larger baffles) even allows us to fit them into a large letter parcel to save on shipping costs.

Warranty

Baffles in airsoft, due to the nature of their usage they will inevitably get damaged through standard use, therefore once used we are unable to provide any form of warranty on this item.
So please make sure to inspect the baffles prior to installation and ensure you are happy with the quality and concentricity.
Should there be any issues prior to use, we will happily replace the product under our standard warranty policy

Tips

You should also ensure that your Rif is not double feeding and that your suppressor is correctly installed and running true, as these are the most common causes for damage to the baffles during use, two spare small hole baffles are included in each pack as replacements just incase.

Dispatch Time:

We aim to dispatch baffle orders within 3 working days.
However custom baffles may potentially take up to 5 working days.

UK Shipping:

We offer a discounted shipping rate for orders which can fit inside a "large letter" package, these are sent through royal mail 2nd class.
Generally this is 3 sets of sub 40mm and 2 sets of 40mm+

International Shipping:

We ship all our product internationally,

However it is the customers responsibility to ensure that use of this item does not break any local or import laws as suppression of imitation or real firearms is a criminal offense in some countries, so please research prior to ordering.

As we are unable to offer refunds for any custom baffles which have been refused by customs.

Once dispatched international shipping usually takes around 5-7 days.
